The Role

The Recruiting Specialist will conduct all hiring activities, from advertising open positions to interviewing candidates and closing hires. As a Recruiting Specialist, you will screen applications, connect with qualified healthcare professionals, source passive job seekers, provide salary analysis, and support hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. You will proactively establish relationships with prospective candidates to share in the excitement of aptihealth's mission in behavioral healthcare. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience recruiting & interviewing medical professionals.
• Advanced knowledge of job boards, virtual interview techniques and applicant tracking systems
• Strong computer, organizational, and problem-solving skills with ability to develop spreadsheets and reports to analyze trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates.
• Ability to work independently, on a team, in a virtual environment and in-person.
• Results driven, high energy, and the desire to create a great candidate experience!

Responsibilities

• Review all applications and screen qualified candidates.
• Interview candidates virtually and/or in-person for roles in the mental healthcare industry, coordinate final interviews with hiring team, participate in candidate discussion & decision consensus.
• Identify qualified candidates and conduct effective outreach through creative outlets (i.e., job boards, networking groups, social media, colleges/universities, job fairs, etc.).
• Maintain pipeline of candidates for future job opportunities.
• Help identify and report on key recruitment metrics.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000
