Kornit Digital, a leading-edge company that develops, manufactures, and markets state-of-the-art printing solutions for the textile, garment & apparel decorating industries is looking for an Order Management Specialist (f/m/d) EMEA based in Düsseldorf, Germany. 

Your impact:

• In your role as Order Management Specialist EMEA (m/f/d), you will coordinate with global Supply Chain Functions to align inventory levels with business needs
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
• Key Contact for EMEA Spare Part Inventory
• Coordination of all logistical aspect in close cooperation with global Supply Chain Functions and our Logistics Service Providers in EMEA.
• Interface and Coordination with our Logistics Service Providers.
• Execution of transport orders, 3rd party distribution and cross-shipments as well as selection of the most cost-effective transport mode. Focus on Logistics and Transport costs optimization
• KPI Monitoring and Improvement in close cooperation with Interface Functions
• Complaint handling in the transport and logistics area
• Participation on operational projects for process design and optimization
• Handle the day-to-day Return Material Activities and work closely with the Customers, Logistic Service Providers and internal departments such as Customer Service / Technical Support.

Requirements

Your expertise:   

• Completed vocational training or studies in economics and related fields;
• First years of experience in Order Management / Customer Service / Logistics are a plus;
• Advanced skills in MS Office and ERP Systems;
• Customer-oriented, organized and analytical thinking;
• Creative problem-solver with a talent for relationship management;
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in high-pressure environments;
• Fluency in English and German, and any other language will be considered a plus.
