- Lead and manage interoperability and integration projects within the healthcare domain.
- Design and implement robust integration solutions using healthcare data standards.
- Oversee vendor management and ensure compliance with integration and regulatory standards.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize monitoring dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Other duties as assigned
- 10+ years’ experience managing interoperability and integration projects in healthcare
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, CCDA, FHIR, REST APIs) and integration technologies.
- Experience in managing AWS Cloud infrastructure, to support and enhance integrations
- Built and managed SFTP solutions, via AWS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and advanced written and verbal communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, ensure adherence to integration standards, and oversee monitoring/alerting mechanisms for integration performance.
- Experience with key EMR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, OncoEMR) and proficiency in MS Office.
- Tech-savvy with a strong focus on innovative, scalable solution design.
- Experience with LLMs
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Mirth, Cloverleaf)
- Experience supporting Oncology data pipelines
