The Role:

As a Senior AI Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient AI/ML solutions for our diverse range of projects. You will lead a technical team of engineers and consultants in an offshore-onshore model to create robust, efficient AI systems integrated with downstream applications. You will drive architectural decisions, define design patterns, and establish data engineering and service design standards, policies, and best practices. Additionally, you will embed Responsible AI principles into every solution, focusing on explainability, data drift detection, bias mitigation, and fairness metrics.

You will utilize hands-on experience with evolving AI frameworks and design patterns to ensure successful deployment of AI models in production environments. You will design end-to-end AI solutions, encompassing data collection, preprocessing, model development, deployment, and monitoring. Implementing AI governance principles and methodologies within AI pipelines and solutions will be critical, especially in IoT and/or Edge AI applications.

You will exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coordinating and leading test activities across business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful acceptance into a steady state. Additionally, you will continuously research and evaluate emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies, integrating innovative approaches to enhance ML operations and infrastructure.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be essential as you communicate with customers and partners to understand, document, and align the business and technical objectives of key solutions. One key deliverable will be the development and delivery of a roadmap for Computer Vision solutions.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology-related field (Master’s preferred) with 10+ years of industry experience.
• Expertise in designing and deploying AI models and algorithms in production environments using frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Spark ML.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, and experience with AI & ML services on cloud platforms (preferably Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, including microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed computing.
• Experience in working with and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and building scalable applications using LLMs.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based deployment, with experience in either Azure or AWS.
• Certification in AI/Deep Learning and Computer Vision.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (Agile and Waterfall) and ITIL processes.
