As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a financial institution setting. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the location, staying visible to help to deter potential security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and support a welcoming atmosphere. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any security-related irregularities or incidents encountered during patrols.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted areas within the location as outlined in site procedures.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with Allied Universal management, client representatives, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and/or any unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Security Experience - +1 Years (C115)

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
