Associate Director, Marketing Product and Strategy

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director, Marketing Product and Strategy to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies for Quanterix's innovative product portfolio. This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, driving product awareness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Serve as the primary bridge between Marketing and Product Management
• Create and implement go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring effective positioning, messaging, and differentiation in the market.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
2. Product Positioning and Messaging:
• Define and communicate product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Collaborate with the product development team to understand product features and benefits and translate them into compelling marketing messages.
• Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels.
3. Content Development:
• Work with our Marketing Manager on the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including product brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and website content.
• Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop visually appealing and engaging content.
4. Market Intelligence:
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
• Provide insights to the leadership team to guide decision-making and product development efforts.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools and support materials.

What We’ll Expect From You: 

1. Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in product marketing, strategy development, or a related role in the life sciences or biotechnology industry. Preferred 10+ years of experience in marketing or related roles.
2. Strategic Thinking:
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
3. Communication Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
