Job Summary

Working under general supervision of the Manager Sales, selecting from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities, the Dedicated Sales Support Representative is assigned to one or more Executive, Senior Executive or Presidential Account Managers to assist in fulfilling orders and resolving customer issues on assigned accounts. The Dedicated Sales Support Representative acts as a resource for the day to day transactions, to allow the Account Manager time to prospect and look for opportunity to network through their existing accounts to expand business. The Dedicated Sales Support Representative minimizes problem order situations by proactively following up on open order processing and customer service issues for resolution.

In a Typical Day You Will: 

• Provide superior customer to the Account Manager and customer during the order fulfillment process and in servicing
• Act as a support resource for day-to-day transactions to allow the Account Manager the time and opportunity to expand their business.
• Minimizes problem order situations by proactively following up on open orders and customer service issues for resolution.
• Handle incoming calls and assist on calls as needed
• Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
