Job Description
The Manager of International Creative Servicing will facilitate the servicing, localization and delivery for all theatrical marketing materials across the globe. The role is based in Los Angeles, but will work extensively with our team in London.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Act as a key liaison between the London based servicing team and the LA based International Marketing team (Creative, Media, Digital, etc.)
- Work closely with the trailer finishing team on Int'l OV trailer delivery, including gathering dubbing materials, ordering masters/graphics AE collects/CCSLs and resolving QC flags
- Manage trailer graphics localization, including coordination of local graphics creation, territory approval, finishing, QC and delivery to London and IMAX as needed
- Coordinate TV, digital, social, digital outdoor and radio spot delivery to our internal asset management platform, including ordering masters and graphics AE collects, notifying all relevant vendors and creative teams, resolving QC flags and acting as a first point of contact for all related questions
- Assist with the finishing and delivery of international print assets (one-sheets, outdoor, standees, web art, etc.)
- Monitor and assist with the efficient flow of marketing materials between divisions (including Digital, Print and Brand) for onward servicing to the London team and/or directly to the territories
- QC and upload featurettes, EPK content, toolkits as required
- Manage the territory approval process for the global promotions call-to-action print assets on all major releases (double-checking translations and acquiring title logos where needed)
- Handle LA Creative Services’ PO creation and invoice payment
Qualifications
- Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Able to work across multiple projects at once
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent administration and IT skills including MS Office
- Exceptional collaborator who can balance the needs of multiple stakeholders but can work independently when needed
- Demonstrate interpersonal and diplomatic skills, including the ability to work successfully within a collaborative team environment, interact with a wide range of personalities/styles and establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization
- Previous work experience in a similar/relevant environment - either studio or vendor side
- Sound technical understanding of A/V and print post-production

Desired Characteristics:
- Speak foreign language
- Experience using SAP or similar purchase order systems
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
