• As a Local Equipment Operator, you'll be an integral part of a mission-driven team that handles:
• Operating excavators and haul trucks on-site to support waste management operations
• Unloading materials from incoming trucks
• Performing routine safety checks and inspections
• Ensuring safe and compliant handling of containers and equipment
• Supporting additional tasks and site needs as assigned
• This is hands-on, meaningful work that makes a difference—every day.

• 6+ months of equipment operating experience (excavator or haul truck experience preferred)
• A commitment to working safely and efficiently as part of a team
• Flexibility and reliability—you’re someone we can count on
