OverviewAs a Senior Manager, Content Marketing you will be at the helm of Voxel's content marketing efforts, playing a critical role in elevating our brand awareness and driving business growth. This position demands a creative and strategic thinker who can seamlessly transition from high-level strategy to hands-on execution, engaging our target audience of safety and operational leaders within the industrial sector.

OverviewAs a Senior Manager, Content Marketing you will be at the helm of Voxel's content marketing efforts, playing a critical role in elevating our brand awareness and driving business growth. This position demands a creative and strategic thinker who can seamlessly transition from high-level strategy to hands-on execution, engaging our target audience of safety and operational leaders within the industrial sector.
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy to build brand awareness, perception of excellence,and product consideration, ultimately contributing to the company's rapid growth.
- Create engaging, full-funnel content that ranges from educational to entertaining, designed to attract prospects and guide them through the marketing funnel and into the hands of our competent sales team.
- Lead the development and implementation of monthly brand-to-demand campaigns, incorporating thought leadership content to generate pipeline and nurture prospects into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Develop messaging and copy for a diverse array of highly engaging content formats, including but not limited to blog posts, case studies, website copy, guides, emails, video scripts, and advertisements.
- Deeply understand the needs, desires, and pain points of our target audience to tailor content that resonates and drives action. Often working closely with internal leadership and external senior advisors.
- Manage Voxel's owned content channels, overseeing the content calendar and ensuring consistent, high-quality, “enterprise-grade” content across our blog, social media, and email marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including growth marketing, event marketing, customer success, sales, and creative teams, to produce cohesive and impactful content.
- Work closely with the Director, Growth (Marketing) to develop personalized and segmented email content to maximize open and conversion rates as we identify and enter new markets creatively.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of content marketing or editorial experience, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to execute inventive content campaigns across various formats.
- Portfolio that showcases a wide range of content types designed to drive business.
- Knowledge of SEO tools and best practices and strategies that drive organic traffic.
- Exceptional storytelling capabilities and an eye for design - able to engage audiences.
- Organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects.A natural collaborator and clear communicator who thrives in elite team settings.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems, email marketing platforms, and social.
