Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform and oversee daily operations of all Wire Transfers, Electronic Banking, ACH/EFT functions and maintenance.
- Works closely with vendors, management and regulatory authorities regarding all Wire transfers, ATM/EFT, ACH, and Electronic Banking.
- Conduct research and investigate ACH/EFT/Reg E claims and disputes.
- Track and monitor the dispute process to ensure adherence to federal laws and regulations.
- Complete card and account maintenance as needed.
- Monitor and review system reports to ensure continuity; confirm critical file transmissions and automated processes occur in a timely manner.
- Assist the Electronic Banking Supervisor with implementing procedures for operational processes.
- Perform internal DDA and general ledger reconciliations.
- Provide operational support to banking centers and internal departments.
- Assist with various back-office duties and provide support and coverage when needed.
- Audit and review questionable transactions and accounts to mitigate operational losses.
- Conduct account research and tracking for error resolution process.
- Expand and maintain knowledge of all bank products and services.
- Complete assigned special projects and initiatives as requested.
- Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory procedures and adherence to compliance guidelines.
- Assist the Electronic Banking Supervisor with cross-training and coaching department employees on operational functions and procedures.

Working Conditions
- Typical office environment. Minimal physical effort required, normally seated with freedom of movement on a regular basis. The incumbent will be expected to be able to work Monday through Friday in a hybrid work arrangement. In office work will be performed at the Maitland location; occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Flexibility with work location and hours may be granted if circumstances permit.
Qualifications Summary
Education
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; 2-years College in Business-related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years work-related experience in Bank Operations with emphasis on Electronic Banking, ACH/EFT, Wire or Funds Transfer System administration.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Working knowledge of branch functions, bank products, and banking operations and accounting principles.
- Ability to work well with affiliate bank departments and branch personnel.
- Knowledge of bank systems/applications, processes, and documentation.
- Must be accurate and thorough with strong customer service skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with both customers and other internal employees.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Must possess good judgment, and critical thinking skills.
- Must be willing to learn and cross-train employees in other job functions.
- Knowledge of computer software and applications including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
