Senior Executive - HR & Administration

Job Highlights

• Own, Execute and coordinate with LANXESS & Envalior team for statutory compliance & also he needs to coordinate with legal committee and maintain legal register
• Coordinate with Site management team for implementation of  EMS, IATF & Manufex requirement standards at site
• Implementation of HR practices as per the guidelines of HR business partner
• Establishing good relationships with local labour authorities and external business partners is essential.
• Support Creating a healthy, safe, and secure working environment for all employees.
• Support and execute employee engagement activities at site
• Ensure non-interrupting services like viz. – Transport, Hotel booking for guest ,Canteen, Housekeeping, Security and Gardening from LANXESS team
• Execute  compliance to the Security Requirements by drawing up and implementing the basic security plan as per ENVALIOR standards
• Keep the employees engaged through Employee Engagement activities like – Family Connect, festival celebrations, Sports activities, Health Seminars, and education awareness programs for employees and their family members.
• Compliance to all confidential HR documents & company policies to keep safe
• Coordinate and review security risks assessment periodically with SMT
• Coordinate with LANXESS HR team for conducting interviews at the plant level
• HR Procedural Implementation in line with the HR Practices

Requirements

• Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Development /Master in Personnel Management/Master in Social Welfare /Diploma in Labor law & Labor Welfare
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in HR & administration in an organization
• Basic understanding of company business
• Be familiar with labour laws and relative management regulations
• Basic Computer Skills for Reports generation & presentation
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills (multi lingual will be added advantage)
