SUMMARY

The Fulfillment Production Assistant Manager is responsible for working directly with the Fulfillment Managers (QA/Contracting) in coaching a team of 10- 15 loan processors and supporting the day-to-day production of the team. He/she will work directly with Fulfillment Management to achieve company goals and objectives. The Assistant Manager will be responsible in monitoring daily production output and offer additional assistance/coaching to processors to assist them in achieving said objectives.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include achieving positive results in the following key areas: 
•    Understand and demonstrate the principles of AUTOPAY’s Mission, Vision and Values.
•    Consumer Loan best practices; building relationships with lending partners.
•    Assist in the ongoing training, for the loan processors within the department.
•    Assist in implementing new procedures to facilitate efficient operations.
•    Provides subordinate Loan Processors with functional guidance, reviews loan applications for completeness.
•    Assists team in preparing papers and assembling supporting loan documents to obtain loans for borrowers.
•    Conduct monthly one on ones with loan processors. 
•    Participates in the interview and hiring process for Loan Processing staff.
•    Plans and develop methods and procedures for carrying out activities of department.
•    Assist in the following tasks: setting up queue distribution daily, daily monitoring of queue assignments, lender exceptions, Affinity document process, vaulting, etc.
•    Assists management team in other areas of fulfillment based on business needs.

  •  Schedule for the position: 9 AM-6 PM with a rotating Saturday.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
•    Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance or related field strongly preferred.
•    Experience: Minimum of one year of related experience, including previous management experience in the auto finance industry. Familiarity with a variety of auto finance concepts, practices, and procedures.
•    Language/Communication/Interpersonal: Ability to speak read and write fluent English. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and objectively coach associates and management through complex issues. Must have ability to multi-task. Excellent presentation skills.
•    Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures, proportions and percentages.
•    Analytical: Detail-oriented with ability to organize, prioritize and work independently. Strong problem solving, reasoning and critical thinking skills.
•    Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
•    Technical: Comfort with Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel ability.
•    Other: High level of personal motivation, professionalism, and integrity required. Ability to exercise discretion and judgment.

COMPENSATION: 55,000 annual salary.
