 Summary:

The role of this position is to lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Hybris solutions for business. They are responsible for understanding the business requirements and translating them into technical solutions using the SAP Hybris platform. This consultant will work closely with iSoftStone practice lead to support client’s SAP needs. 

Responsibilities:

• The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of the SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud solution to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. 

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements 

• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements 

• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. 

• Design, customize, configure and testing of C4C 

• Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions. 

• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. 

• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues. 

• Document functional designs, test cases and results. 

• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements 

• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects 

• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. 

• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required 

• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Hybris/C/4HANA Commerce project implementation experience 

• 5+ years’ experience in leading multiple, full lifecycle project implementations across Retail/ CPG 

• Hybris C/4HANA Commerce Certification 

• Familiar with the payment integration service 

• Has deep knowledge on integration using PI/PO, ECC, etc  

• Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP C/4HANA cloud, (Marketing/Sales/  

• Knowledge of project methodologies like Scrum, Agile, Waterfall 

• Deep understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business or another related field 

• (Service/Commerce cloud) products and the ability to research & apply business best practices. 

• Experience designing and improving business processes and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience 

• Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with senior executives 

• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.  

• Self-motivation and be able to plan your own work​ 

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Has prior experience with Spartacus and/or Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is a plus 

Primary Location Pay Range: 

Benefits: $75 - $8
