HII-Mission Technologies is seeking passionate individuals to join our team in partnership with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under the Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) task order. You'll be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and advanced analytics capabilities, enhancing the intelligence prowess of the U.S. and its allies. Your work will directly support the unification and operationalization of AI across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, facilitating Joint All-Domain Operations (JADO) by enabling rapid decision-making and seamless information sharing, ultimately providing crucial warfighting advantages.

What you will do
As a Data Scientist you will be a key contributor to critical DIA initiatives, including the Machine-Assisted Rapid-Repository System (MARS), Object Management Services (OMS), and Object-Based Intelligence (OBI).
Key Requirements:
• Advanced Data Science & AI/ML Expertise: Lead end-to-end data science activities, encompassing data engineering, mining, exploratory, predictive, and statistical analysis. Design, develop, and deploy high-quality AI/ML solutions, such as recommendation engines and automated prediction systems, to automate processes and generate actionable insights.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate strong skills in data science languages (R, Python, SQL) and data visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau). Possess extensive experience with large-scale, multi-INT, and spatial data analytics, including machine learning and automated predictive analytics. Capable of developing and scaling algorithms in distributed environments for complex datasets exceeding RAM capacity.
• Algorithmic Design & Research: Drive the design, development, and evaluation of leading-edge algorithmic intelligence concepts. Propose and implement advanced statistical and mathematical techniques, conducting continuous independent research to prototype and evaluate technologies that enhance all-source intelligence analysis.
• AI Governance & Evaluation (TEVV): Serve as a primary point of contact for data science expertise, ensuring tradecraft compliance and analytical standards. Evaluate AI/ML methods for risks, biases, and limitations, providing consultation on OBI governance, knowledge modeling, and best practices for system development, testing, and deployment.
