Role: Senior Workday Learning Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months (East Coast Hours are preferred)

• Candidates MUST be technical when it comes to Workday, we are not looking for functional Workday candidates.
• Candidates need to have experience creating learning audiences and campaigns, and have experience building reports within Workday.

Responsibilities/Job Duties/Job Description/Qualifications:

• Manage resources and lead Workday Learning workstreams in fast-paced implementations.
• Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team and your Project Manager involved in changes or progress related to the project.
• Responsibilities include validating the business requirements/approach, building the audience report, attaching security, and setting up the campaign.
• Looking for someone who either has workday learning experience or someone who has strong experience with Workday Security & Reporting modules that can create complex reports along with the corresponding security.
• Experience implementing Workday Learning configurations in a large enterprise environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Looking for a Senior Level Workday candidate who either has workday learning experience or someone who has strong experience with Workday Security & Reporting modules that can create complex reports along with the corresponding security.
• Candidates need deep expertise on creating learning audiences and campaigns within Workday.
• Someone who knows the advanced security Workday modules.
