We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM!

Your expertise will be essential in helping patients improve their speech, language, and swallowing abilities, enabling them to communicate more effectively and enjoy a higher quality of life.

This unique position will cover two sites between:

  • DeKalb County Nursing Home in DeKalb, IL 
  • Oakcrest, in DeKalb, IL

 

***We also have Part-Time/PRN SLP opportunities available as well- Sign on Bonus at $2,000 for Full-Time***

 

Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

  • Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
  • Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
  • It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
