Job Description

This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The AI/ML Development Operations Developer will execute true end-to-end development, CI/CD deployment and testing of software products in an agile lifecycle using Tungsten Automation vendor hosted SAAS platform. Partnering with key technical and business stakeholders, the agile developer will help refine the product vision, estimate and design a solution, create or customize the software to create the solution, ensure the quality of the final product through manual and automated tests, and support the new software as it is moved to production.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform Dev Ops including CI/CD deployment and complete maintenance of integration servers connected to vendor hosted Tungsten SAAS platform
• Handle production support for multiple intelligent document processing products based on business needs
• Ability to lead offshore Software Engineers performing production support and Dev Ops deployment
• Serve as a junior application developer responsible for simpler developments including refactoring legacy code and adding automated unit test using git hub copilot
• Perform, as needed - code migration, deployment, and rollout process.
• Be a team player, flexible and ready to take initiative, explore new ideas, learn continuously.

Basic Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to learn and adapt to develop using Tungsten Automation vendor platform and Azure Doc Intelligence
• Strong knowledge on C#, .NET features and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of building API to connect to other data sources

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Knowledge of using Agentic AI to create browser based automated functional test
• Perform Dev Ops including CI/CD deployment and complete maintenance of integration servers connected to vendor hosted Tungsten SAAS platform
• Handle production support for multiple intelligent document processing products based on business needs
• Ability to lead offshore Software Engineers performing production support and Dev Ops deployment
