The Corporate Trainer I is responsible for design, development and delivery of Corporate Training for designated business areas and corporate initiatives, as directed. As a Corporate Trainer I, you will be responsible for the review and update of existing training courses and will own orientation training for new Team Members. The ideal candidate is passionate about training, possesses exceptional communication and presentation skills, and can design effective instructional materials.
The Corporate Trainer II will be responsible for development and delivery of quality, consistent, training align with corporate business needs and strategy. The incumbent will work with entry level trainers to develop their knowledge and skills in facilitation and instructional design. This position is ideal for candidates with at least two years of corporate training experience, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a strong instructional design background.
The Senior Corporate Trainer will take on a leadership role in our corporate training department, playing a key part in shaping the development and excellence of our teams. This position is tailored for experienced professionals with four or more years of corporate training experience, exceptional communication and presentation skills, a proven track record in instructional design, and a strong commitment to mentorship and leadership.
Responsibilities

- Training Design and Development:
- Contribute to the maintenance of the Learning Management System.
- Creates measurable objectives for training modules.
- Maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and works effectively with Management to identify training needs and understand business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to ensure the content is current and relevant.
- Demonstrate excellent attention detail to ensure content meets Company standard.
- Training Delivery:
- Works effectively with Management to recommend the most appropriate instructional and distribution methods.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new and existing team members.
- Adapt training methods to suit various learning styles and preferences.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve trainees' skills.
- Communication and Presentation:
- Deliver clear, concise, and persuasive communications both in writing and verbally.
- Utilize effective presentation techniques to engage and educate the audience.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrate a strong leadership presence when communicating with stakeholders and during training delivery.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Administer assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Analyze training results and use data to continuously improve training content and methods of delivery.
- Communicates openly with Management and other stakeholders prior to, during and after training on the performance of trainees and trainee feedback.
- Collaboration and Feedback:
- Takes ownership of projects and personal growth, ensuring regular communication with Management about outstanding needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between training and Corporate Initiatives.
- Gather and evaluate feedback from team members and management to enhance training program effectiveness and accuracy.
