Job Description:

The position will be part of EMEA (Europe Middle East Africa) Lubricants Planning organization. The Junior Materials Scheduler role is a key role in the Lubricants Supply Chain organization.

The position operates from a centralized location in Krakow, accountable for executing the day-to-day materials supply requirements for all Lubricants and Grease manufacturing locations in the EMEA region.

 

In our team, you will:

  • Support to create a feasible supply plan for packaging components.

  • Work with plants planning and logistics operations, and suppliers to ensure a flawless supply plan.

  • Oversee and control all On Time in Full deliveries of packaging for Spanish plant.

  • Act as a focal point for all queries related to deliveries from suppliers, implementing the finished product supply plan, or changes of plan.

  • Enable proactive communication within Logistics Operations, Lubricants Supply Chain.

  • Support implementation of all projects related to new product introductions or sustainable packaging.

  • Optimizing inbound supplies, ensuring the reliable, effective, and timely supply of components by meeting our quality and service performance standards. New component introduction and is requiring strong change management skills and dependence on Right First-Time master data creation.

  • Manage the introduction, maintenance, and withdrawal of components in the Planning and execution systems, ensuring that master data for replenishment correctly reflect the operational requirements and vendor constraints.

 

Requirements:

  • Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Strong Communication and Analytical skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

  • Knowledge and experience using SAP, or any ERP planning system will be an advantage.

  • Fluency in English B2/C1.

  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload.
