Activated Insights, a Software-as-a- Service (“SaaS”) leader in long-term and post-acute care, has opened an HR Generalist role to support our company’s growth and infrastructure.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our fast-paced, growth-focused Talent team. In this critical role, you will support various HR functions, including recruiting & onboarding, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. This is a high-impact position where you will be a trusted partner to multiple teams, managers, and employees. You will also support and drive strategic HR initiatives to build and grow the culture across the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and onboarding
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Counsel hiring managers in final selections
- Develop long range plans and deploy recruitment strategies for select department
- Conducts new hire orientation and onboarding for new employees
- Compensation and Benefits
- Support with the annual open enrollment process and provide support to employees with benefits-related inquiries
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Leave management
- ACA reporting
- Partner with Director of Talent to conduct compensation analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices
- Employee relations:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on a wide range of HR-related issues including: performance counseling, employee retention, policy interpretation and implementation, and conflict resolution
- Partner with managers on disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations, and terminations.
- Deploy performance management/appraisal program tools and processes. Includes training, coaching, participating in assigning ratings, feedback sessions and developing performance improvement plans
- HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Prepare/coordinate events e.g. holiday celebrations, employee recognition events
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven reco
