• Talent recruitment and management. 
• Establish a tiered progression system to assist talent growth. 
• Responsible for boosting the talent’s performance by providing support at each step 
• Maintain partnership relationships with key talents 
• Coordinate streamer feedback for product iteration. 
• Create frequent reviews and reports of the talents’ progression  

Qualifications

• You reside in the United States and you are able to work as a contractor. 
• Native English language knowledge
• Experience in operation or talent management in streaming platforms or gaming talent agencies. 
• Experience in working in streaming communities is a plus. 
• Experience in fast-paced, partner-oriented environment where you gained insight of handling different personality types 
• Experience in sales-oriented and quota-driven environments related to technology, finance, or advertising.
