Senior Project Manager

<p><strong>Mission Overview:</strong></p> As a Project Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for all projects. You will guide and advise the internal client in making the right decisions and setting priorities and schedules. Communication with all stakeholders will be key as you build a true partnership with the business. <br/> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> You will manage multiple projects, characterized by the following elements: <p>· With a business case in hand, you will work alongside the internal client to realize the desired benefits as efficiently as possible.</p> <p>· Together with various stakeholders and teams, you will work towards a solution while continuously considering added value, budget, timing, scope, and risks.</p> <p>· You will communicate regularly with all parties involved.</p> <p>· You will allow for testing, feedback, and retrospectives.</p> <p>· You will maintain an overview, engage the right people, and promote harmonious collaboration among different stakeholders.</p> <br/> <p><strong>Profile:</strong></p> <p>· You hold a bachelor's or master's degree. Experience in project management is an asset but not required.</p> <p>· You possess strong communication skills and people skills.</p> <p>· You prioritize team interests and set the right priorities within the overall framework.</p> <p>· You are resilient under stress: you keep a cool head when things don’t go as planned and can handle strict deadlines effectively.</p> <p>· You enjoy gaining new insights and show a broad interest in IT-related topics.</p> <p>· You are fluent in Dutch, English, and French.</p> <br/> <p><strong>Consultancy Nature of Work:</strong></p> This role involves working as a consultant through Keystone Solutions at a client site.
