HR Service Delivery Specialist - Talent Management and Onboarding

LOCATION:  Riverwoods IL, Chicago IL, Dallas TX, Madison WI, Philadelphia PA, Kennesaw GA, Atlanta GA, St. Cloud MN, New York City NY

Hybrid – 8 days a month in the office

OVERVIEW

You will manage a high volume of Talent tasks including work related to performance and talent management cycles and new hire orientations. You will work with applicable Centers of Excellence, HR Operations Specialists, and HR Partners to ensure agreement on delivery and administration of work.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager.

RESPONSIBILLIITIES

• Manage reporting for performance management and ensure distribution and alignment
• Review potential list of promotions for impactful conflicts and share results with appropriate team members
• Provide an outstanding, customer first approach to answering questions from employees and managers related to performance management and talent planning
• Analyze employee status related to assessing outcome eligibility
• Identify trends in talent and performance management related inquiries to improve responses, educational materials, and processes
• Oversee materials and execution of US new employee onboarding orientation sessions
• Determine appropriate path for escalations to resolve inquires for pending new hires
• Provide backup coverage for other areas within HR Operations Service Delivery teams including background checks, global talent acquisition, offboarding, and initial case management evaluation

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of HR or relevant experience including 2 years of talent/performance management
• Proficiency in office software especially in MS Excel including the ability to use formulas, create pivots and charts, and design complex templates for analytics
• Be deliberate and responsive with a commitment to high-quality deliverables

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, Hi, NY, WA: $74,550-$103,200
