Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate at CBH Homes, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Pulling and preparing materials for delivery.
• Stocking shelves and organizing products.
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Handling deliveries, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Running parts as needed to support team operations.
• Controlling materials and waste to maintain an organized workspace.

Your role is essential in helping us maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment while contributing to our overall success.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment, specifically forklifts.
• Ability to work at heights of up to 40 feet when required.
• Must possess two valid forms of identification.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
