What you'll do
As a Technical Program Manager for Trust and Safety, you will lead programs that protect users, data, and the platform from abuse, fraud, and harmful activity. You will design and execute initiatives that prevent and detect threats, enforce policies, and improve platform integrity. Working closely with Engineering, Product, Security, and Legal teams, you will deliver cross-functional programs that strengthen trust, ensure compliance, and maintain a safe environment for all users.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Security Strategy and Programs.
Responsibility
Design, drive, deliver, and maintain end to end cross-functional programs to protect the platform from abuse, fraud, and harmful activity
Partner with Trust and Safety, Security, and Data teams to establish monitoring systems that identify potential risks in real time
Define and operationalize remediation strategies for detected threats, ensuring timely and effective response
Help teams align on clear goals and outcomes by breaking down complexity and ambiguity
Develop metrics and dashboards to track the effectiveness of safety initiatives and program outcomes
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate safety and abuse prevention measures into platform design
Drive initiatives to proactively mitigate new risks and improve overall platform integrity
Coordinate with legal, compliance, and policy teams to ensure programs align with regulatory and internal standards
Establish and track program roadmaps, KPIs, and reporting to provide visibility to leadership and stakeholders
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
5+ years of experience in technical program management or equivalent, preferably in Trust Safety, security, fraud prevention, or platform integrity programs
Bachelors or Masters degree in Technology or Computer Science or Cybersecurity
Experience leading cross-functional programs in high-scale technology environments
Experience with Trust Safety challenges, abuse detection, content moderation, and fraud prevention
Experience defining monitoring metrics, KPIs, and operational dashboards
Preferred
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data to drive decisions
Experience with real-time monitoring, alerting systems, and automated remediation tools
Experience leveraging AI/ML or analytics for proactive abuse detection
Ability to translate complex risk scenarios into structured programs with measurable impact
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to user safety, privacy, and security
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR FedRAMP, etc.)
Ability to influence at senior levels and drive adoption of security-first principles across engineering and business teams
