The job

To make learning and knowledge sharing even more attractive and flexible for all BEUMER Group employees, we are currently introducing a new global central learning platform.

To support us in this exciting project, we are looking for a committed Student Worker who is keen to take responsibility for setting up and developing our new learning platform.

Become part of our global project team within the People & Culture (HR) network and take on the following tasks:

• You will create tutorials and communication materials for our users on how to use the platform
• You implement existing learning content in the new environment
• You support and advise the subject matter experts in the various departments on the creation of learning content such as tutorials and guides
• You help with the implementation and testing of new functions in the platform

Your competencies

• You are enrolled in a relevant bachelor's or master's program  
• You enjoy creating (educational) videos or tutorials and have a strong affinity for IT
• You are creative, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in an intercultural environment
• You have a structured and reliable way of working with an eye for detail
• You have very good written and spoken English skills
