Job Summary:
The Hazard Surveillance Program Manager is responsible for compliance activities for all elements of The Joint Commission Environment of Care as well as for the development implementation and monitoring of the Hazard Surveillance Program. The Hazard Surveillance Program Manager provides support and oversight for Environment of Care Committee/Subcommittee activities and coordinates all Environment of Care performance improvement and data collection activities.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree and successful completion of a recognized Safety certification program preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years prior safety management experience. Experience and oversight in the healthcare industry is highly recommended.
