About the Role:

We are seeking a Data and AI Scientist to develop and deploy AI models and perform data analysis to support our federal customer’s goals. The role requires expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and artificial intelligence to enhance employee and customer experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI models and algorithms.
• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI solutions.
• Support the development of an employee and customer experience dashboard.

 

Qualifications:

• Must possess a minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in Data and AI Science.
• Expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in developing and deploying AI models.
• Experience with CX/UX data projects and its data governance practices is preferred.

 

Salary Range: $140,000-180,000 per year
