Engineering Team Lead

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and a culture of excellence
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to deliver impactful, scalable, and reliable solutions.
• Design and implement robust, efficient, and maintainable code while guiding the team on best practices.
• Take ownership of technical and architectural decisions, contributing to the strategic direction of the product.
• Ensure the team adheres to high-quality standards, including thorough testing, clean code, and well-documented processes.
• Act as a key player in hiring, onboarding, and scaling the team to meet business needs.

What you will bring

• 4+ years of experience in software development, including at least 1 year of success in a 0-to-1 product environment.
• 3+ years of experience in JavaScript/TypeScript technologies, including Node.js and React.js
• Proven leadership experience with 1+ years managing or mentoring engineers.
• Strong understanding of user experience, product strategy, and scalable database design.
• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A track record of designing, building, and deploying high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
• Experience with testing platforms, unit testing, and clean, maintainable code.
