Job Description
Job Title: Records Data Integrity Analyst
SUMMARY
The ATM Registration Analyst is responsible for the filing, renewal and record keeping for NCR Atleos ATMs in the United States. They are responsible for staying abreast of the ever-changing registration and business license requirements in each state and local jurisdiction. This role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Maintaining the company’s ATM registration and business license records.
- Completing applications for ATM registration and business licenses.
- Managing the various renewals throughout each year.
- Submitting and processing payments for registrations and licenses.
- Ensuring compliance with each state and local jurisdiction’s special filing requirements.
- Processing mail and verbal communications with state and local jurisdictions or their third party representatives.
- Integrating and improving manual processing to develop an automated process for the future.
- Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree or relative work experience required
- Ability to follow complex and unique processes and adapt to change rapidly
- Analytical thought needed to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations
- Ability to manage multiple issues in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must possess strong problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage several issues and follow-ups simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Outlook and Word
- Must be at Intermediate Level with MS Excel
- Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
