JOB POSITION

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in mainframe technologies as mentioned below Mainframe Technologies zOS, COBOL, JCL, Endeavor, DB2, Good knowledge on Scheduler(Control-M), File Manager, REXX, Easytrieve

• Good to have an experience in IMS DB/DC
• Soft skills, Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills consulting with client teams working in distributed teams
• Should have Prior experience on mainframe development projects
• Good to have Health Care Domain experience
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and identify ambiguity and drive for clarity Capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Primary Duties:

• Experience in Application Maintenance/Developer role is must for screening of candidates.
• Investigate & resolve problems related to problems in existing systems in order to ensure smooth functioning of IT systems
• Liaise with Business/Other Application teams to resolve the existing bugs in the system
• Provide adhoc reports as per Business need
• Provide details of the existing system design and rules to the Business based on their request.
• Deliver the Code changes/Analysis within SLA period as per Business needs
• Support SIT and Implementation activities
• Provide root cause Analysis on the recurring tickets and provide design solutions to prevent them from occurring
• Should be flexible to support additional tasks of Release Management, Defect prevention activities, Code reviews etc

QUALIFICATION

• Graduates having Bachelor degree with relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2 and IMS DB/C
