Are you a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused professional looking to make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners? Gold Coast Center for Veterinary Care is seeking a Part Time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our specialty practice!

At Gold Coast Center for Veterinary Care, we are committed to providing exceptional specialty veterinary care with compassion and expertise. Our team of dedicated professionals works together to ensure pets receive the highest standard of medical attention while offering a welcoming and supportive experience for their owners.

We are looking for a team player who is also comfortable working independently. As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication between pet owners, our medical team, and referring veterinarians. Your role will be vital in maintaining an organized, efficient, and friendly front desk.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

• Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
• Process invoices payments
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
• Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests
• Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments
• Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
• Accurately input data into computer software

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-energy setting
• Proficiency with computers and veterinary software (preferred but not required)
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
