Job Summary

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about their work and takes pride in creating beautiful and user-friendly designs. The ideal candidate will have relative work experience, a strong portfolio of previous work, be highly creative, and have a good understanding of graphic design, user experience and web design standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain corporate websites; create graphic elements and design layouts for web pages, including landing pages, posts, banners, icons, and button design.
• Maintain and update websites within the WordPress CMS environment including adding, removing, and updating content with current promotions, events, company milestones, or other relative information.
• Design social media graphics/posts on a regular basis.
• Design email campaigns within CRM and/or email application(s).
• Monitor and update plugins, themes, etc. as needed.
• Occasional on-site digital photography/video sessions.
• Light editing of video content for web publishing.
• Graphic design services for projects such as collateral material and presentations.
• Research appropriate applications, materials, and methods for each project.
• Maintain corporate graphics standards; develop and implement design concepts; create original graphics as needed to support/enhance brand.
• Research appropriate materials and methods for each project.

Requirements And Skills

• 3+ years of Website and graphic design experience (a portfolio is required)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, graphic design, communications, English, journalism, business
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat
• Proficient in WordPress CMS platform
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with HTML/CSS and familiarity with JavaScript
• Experience with video editing and digital photography through various platforms
• Experience with CRM interface
• Experience with SEO principles
