As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role will involve conducting regular patrols, supporting a welcoming environment for staff and visitors, and delivering outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for moving between different areas as needed. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
- Document and report any unusual activity, incidents, or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with staff and emergency responders as needed during incidents or drills.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing Allied Universal at the healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements:
- At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
