Position Overview:
The Ground Ramp Manager is responsible for overseeing all ramp operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely handling of aircraft on the ground. This role involves managing ramp teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with aviation safety and operational standards.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise ramp operations, including aircraft arrival, departure, and turnaround activities.
Oversee the team of ramp agents, ensuring efficient performance and adherence to safety protocols.
Coordinate the use of ground support equipment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and utilized.
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.
Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Communicate with flight crews, ground operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and present reports on ramp operations, safety audits, and staffing requirements.

Carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific health, wellbeing, safety, and security rules or procedures.
Fully understand AGI Health & Safety and Security policies.
Attend training courses as may be required by AGI.
