FP&A Manager

Financial Acumen:

• In-depth knowledge of financial analysis methodologies, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• A strong understanding of financial statements, key financial ratios, and financial performance indicators.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, business intelligence software, and advanced Excel skills; TM1 and Peoplesoft experience preferred.
• Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance standards, and reporting requirements.
• Proactively identify and recommend process improvements in financial planning and analysis practices.

Strategic Planning and Decision-Making Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial planning processes and procedures to support organizational goals and objectives.
• Proven experience in aligning financial plans with strategic initiatives and providing insights on potential risks and opportunities.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to support effective decision-making.
• Ability to formulate financial strategies, evaluate investment opportunities, and present recommendations to senior management.

Leadership:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and establish relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Attention to Detail and Accuracy:

• Strong attention to detail in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ability to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, statements, and reports.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and performing financial reconciliations.

Time Management and Adaptability:

• Excellent organization and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing business environments and priorities.
• Flexibility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic organization.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience in financial planning and analysis
• Experience in a corporate FP&A environment
