Oracle WMS Cloud Senior Principal Delivery Consultant

Oracle Consulting is seeking experienced WMS Delivery Consultants with deep expertise in Oracle WMS Cloud (OWMS). 

As a Lead WMS Delivery Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the WMS workstream, implementing and optimizing Oracle WMS solutions, and delivering tailored configurations to meet client-specific needs.

We are looking for professionals who can design and implement complex supply chain solutions using Oracle WMS. This role requires strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into functional configurations and tested solutions that add real value to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Oracle WMS Cloud solutions for both new and existing clients. 
• Leverage OWMS capabilities to develop client-specific customizations and deliver optimal business solutions.
• Configure WMS applications to align with operational and business requirements.
• Analyze functional, technical, and process needs to produce supporting documentation and solution designs.
• Design and execute integration strategies, including mappings and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with enterprise and solution architecture teams to ensure architectural compliance.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and system diagrams for all enhancements and custom solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience with multiple full-cycle Oracle WMS implementations.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in WMS configuration, deployment, and solution validation.
• Minimum 4 years of direct Oracle WMS Cloud consulting experience.
• Background in designing and implementing advanced supply chain solutions.
• Strong ability to analyze requirements and deliver functional changes in WMS.
• Understanding of end-to-end SCM process for Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes.
• Skilled in requirement gathering, process mapping, and technical documentation.
• Experience working closely with architecture teams to align with enterprise standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
