This role assists in ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within scope, and in compliance with Corvias standards, contract documents, and applicable codes.</p> <p>The Superintendent I serves as an emerging field leader—supporting subcontractor coordination, daily planning, inspections, and safety enforcement while developing independent jobsite leadership capability.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities Include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support Senior and General Superintendents in day-to-day field execution and subcontractor coordination.</li> <li>Assist with short-interval planning, daily work sequencing, and logistics coordination.</li> <li>Promote and enforce Corvias’ Zero Tolerance Safety Standard on site.</li> <li>Monitor work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.</li> <li>Coordinate inspections, testing, and documentation for assigned scopes of work.</li> <li>Communicate schedule, safety, and quality concerns to field leadership in a timely manner.</li> <li>Support punch list completion, closeout documentation, and turnover activities.</li> <li>Maintain professional relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Role Specific Requirements Include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.</li> <li>3+ years of construction field experience preferred; commercial or multi-family experience strongly preferred.</li> <li>Working knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and schedule fundamentals.<
