Digital Asset Manager, Remote

Aledade is looking for a Digital Asset Manager to join our Outreach & Marketing team. This role will work collaboratively across the company to ensure that all the digital content assets Aledade uses to tell its story and communicate with primary care practices across the country are tracked, managed, and easily accessible with consistent and well-defined processes powered by the latest content management technology. The ideal candidate is obsessed with designing and refining workflows and processes, well-versed in content tracking and management, and eager to work collaboratively with a rapidly growing team in a fast-paced and dynamic company. 
The ideal candidate will have deep empathy and understanding of primary care physicians with a working knowledge of value-based care and population health. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or from our offices in Durham, NC; New York, NY; Austin, TX; or Bethesda, MD.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serving as the “eyes and ears” of content across all of Aledade channels, flagging what content exists, when content is out-of-date and needs to be removed or updated, and how currently live content is performing.
• Work collaboratively across the company to streamline and channel requests for the content team, ensuring high priority items are flagged and business needs are met on time and to Aledade standards.
• Develop regular reports on content status and progress to senior leadership, including how both internal stakeholders and external audiences are interacting with current content.
• Optimize and align current content channels and storage, ensuring that Aledade staff across the country can easily access the content they need when meeting with primary care practices.
• Work with members of the Marketing team to keep Aledade web assets up-to-date, including with awards, new visual and video assets, etc.
• Assist content team with CMS platform management and files, keeping an eye on organization, naming, curating, posting, etc.
• Ensure copy and materials meet compliance standards and maintain industry-leading substance and copy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience with organizing and managing digital assets.
• Strong communication and organization skills, attention to detail, and a focus on managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Passion for designing workflows to help an organization make the most of assets it has, and finding key opportunities for new content.
• Experience working across organizations and interfacing with key stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Proficiency with both Microsoft Office suite and Google products, as well as Sabacloud, Wordpress, and Drupal.
• Experience with DAM and CMS platforms, ADA, metadata, taxonomy, and SEO. 
• Knowledge of digital rights management and web publishing.
• Ability to think beyond one's immediate team and contributes to making Aledade holistically better (active engagement in D&I efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.)

All prospective hires will be required to demonstrate that they have been fully vaccinated, including booster shots, against COVID-19 with a COVID-19 vaccine for which the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has issued a license or an Emergency Use Authorization prior to mutually-agreed upon start date at Aledade, unless they qualify for a medical or religious accommodation to this vaccination requirement.
