Overview: We are conducting a search for Technical Product Manager specialized in Integrations who will be crucial in elevating our product suite. In this role, you will lead the strategic integration of diverse external systems and services into our portfolio. Your main duties involve driving the integration strategy, brainstorming “better together” scenarios with OctoAI’s product offerings, and executing on the resulting solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Integrations strategy, partner scanning and identification, and execution, ensuring alignment with the company’s and vision and business objectives.
• Partner with engineering and MLSystems teams to prioritize and productize research efforts to bring state of the art capabilities to enhance our customer integrations.
• Identify and pursue partnership and integration opportunities for complementary capabilities that enhance the overall Integration experience for users, particularly around generational quality, controls, safety, and workflow customizability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, product marketing, sales, customer success, and marketing, to ensure product requirements are met and initiatives are aligned.
• Identify potential integration partners that align with company's product strategy, focusing on meaningful and strategic partnerships.
• Develop strategies for partnership and acquisition, supporting overall product growth and strategy execution.
• Actively participate in the deal-making process, maintaining a customer facing role by collaborating with potential integration targets.
• Define and envision integration specifications, considering both inbound and outbound integration needs.
• Work closely with GTM teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for integrations.
• Communicate the vision and plan to engineering teams, ensuring the right resources are allocated for successful integration development.
• Integrate high-level features into the product, ensuring cohesive development and execution.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of integration projects, from inception to execution and beyond.
• Function as a horizontal product manager, akin to a platform or ML systems PM, with a focus on both technical and business aspects.
• Balance strategic acumen with technical understanding, possessing enough technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and evaluate plans.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably with integrations / partnerships
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex product initiatives from conception to launch and post-launch analysis.
• Technical aptitude to strategize and evaluate engineering plans.
• Demonstrated strong program and project management skills, driving rhythm and ensuring executional success.
