Supported by strong investors and an ambitious team, we are growing rapidly - and are looking for people who want to shape things with us.</i> <h3>What you can expect at packa</h3> <ul> <li><b>Creative freedom:</b> You work directly with the Packa Leadership - earlystage - founding team and therefore have creative freedom from day one. </li><li><b>Ownership:</b> You are part of a highly motivated, versatile and successful team and have a high degree of freedom and responsibility right from the start. </li><li><b>Hybrid working:</b> You work in a great office in Berlin -Prenzlauer Berg </li><li><b>Leadership:</b> you work in a company with an inspiring vision, led by an experienced founding team and supported by leading investors! </li><li><b>Appreciation and commitment:</b> We believe in fair compensation and you will benefit from a clear growth and development path. </li><li><b>Impact:</b> You will shape the processes of how companies make packaging more sustainable and reduce their carbon footprint. </li></ul> <h3>Your tasks</h3> <ul> <li>You develop solutions for a digital packaging management tool together with the product team.</li><li>You translate regulatory requirements in the area of LCA and recyclability into comprehensible and automated product features.</li><li>You conduct user interviews and workshops to analyze customer needs and legal requirements.</li><li>You are responsible for maintaining and prioritizing epics, stories and requirements in an agile environment</li><li>You accompany the technical implementation and are the contact person for the development team.</li><li>You analyze usage data and KPIs for continuous product improvement </li><li>You monitor legal developments in the area of packaging and prepare them for the team</li><li>You support go-to-market activities and prepare internal materials for sales and support.</li></ul> <h3>What you bring with you</h3> <ul> <li>2-4 years of professional experience in digital product management - ideally in regulated industries. </li><li>Experience in working with tech teams, preferably in agile setups (Scrum, Kanban). </li><li>Regulatory environment </li><li>Proven experience in the development and launch of digital products. </li><li>Strong interest and/or knowledge in EU regulations, e.g. PPWR, VerpackG, SUPD. </li><li>Very good analytical and structured mindset. </li><li>Excellent communication skills in German and English. </li><li>Bonus: Experience with AI tools (e.g. for data analysis, prototyping or documentation). </li></ul>
