VP of Indirect Partnership Development

Simpay is seeking a VP of Indirect Partnership Development who will contribute to revenue production in the Indirect Sales Channel by recruiting agents, regional sales offices, and new Partnerships to board merchants with Simpay. This position will also leverage ISV relationships to improve our suite of products and services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a strategy for recruiting and onboarding regional sales offices, agents, Partnerships, and ISVs.
• Work closely with the SVP of Indirect Sales and Sales Support to transition relationships after onboarding
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards

• Source and recruit by using networks, databases, social media, etc.
• Screen prospect resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews to assess the prospect’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Act as a point of contact and build influential prospect relationships during the selection process
• Attend and participate in trade shows/networking events as needed

• Promote company’s reputation as a “best place to work”

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in merchant services/payments industry
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal skills and networking abilities
• Travel - Some travel may be expected for this position.
