JOB PURPOSE

Imagine leading the people agenda for one of the most strategic, most innovative businesses in Unilever’s Beauty & Wellbeing. As Head of HR for Beauty & Wellbeing North America, you’ll sit at the very center of transformation, powering a £1.6B+ business, guiding iconic brands like Dove, SheaMoisture, Nexxus, Vaseline, and TRESemmé, and shaping how millions of consumers experience beauty and wellbeing every single day. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the architect of our People agenda — crafting and executing strategies that elevate both business performance and human potential.

  • Own a truly end to end people agenda- starting with the NA 4 NA innovation and commercial engine through to our manufacturing sites, where the magic happens.

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of amazing HR leaders across all functions of Beauty & Wellbeing NA HR

  • Coach and partner with senior leaders (BWNA CCO, CMCO, and the full leadership team) to ensure people priorities are always at the heart of big decisions.

  • Lead HR delivery and transformation for the North America B&W Business Unit — the second largest globally and critical to our success.

  • Own the P&L from a people perspective — driving smart trade-offs across resourcing, costs, and talent investments to maximize business value.

  • Shape talent for today and tomorrow — attracting, developing, and retaining the very best, while leading succession planning and building future-ready capabilities.

  • Serve as a senior leader across North America HR — developing top HR talent, elevating the HR community, and raising the bar for the function.

  • Drive high-performing teams — using facilitation and coaching skills to unlock potential, enable transformation, and embed resilience across the BU.

  • Lead key change programs that will define the future of our brands, people, and performance in the US and Canada.

  • Own the people agenda and transformation roadmap for our iconic manufacturing sites in US and Mexico

  • Work globally on strategic people initiatives, driving thought leadership, collaboration and knowledge sharing across a global team of incredible B&W HR Leaders

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 15 years of HR work experience, including vast leadership experience within CPG industry.  Exposure to Manufacturing environments preferred.

  • Experience in business partnering and senior stakeholder influence & management across different HR areas 

  • Experience leading change and large organization wide projects in line with the needs of a growth business.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $210,600 to $421,200. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
