POSITION SUMMARY

Join our skilled maintenance team where you'll provide multi-skilled mechanical and electrical support, ensuring top-notch customer service, quality, and productivity in a TPM and CI environment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide multi-skilled maintenance/electrical support focused on customer service, quality, cost and productivity in a TPM and CI environment
  • Inspect, disassemble, and reassemble gears, gear units, and gearboxes; check for lubrication issues and bearing failures.
  • Understand and troubleshoot various mechanical components, including compressors, motors, pumps, and bearings.
  • Perform shaft alignment using different methods and tools; handle gaskets, packing, and mechanical seals.
  • Operate and maintain CNC machining equipment, manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders.
  • Use hand and power tools to replace components, recalibrate machinery, and resolve equipment issues; read pneumatic system diagrams and measure vibration in equipment.
  • Promote a safety culture

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Understand the hazards of and working on electrical components
  • Understand, troubleshoot and problem solve issues of basic complexity in advanced electrical/mechanical systems (PLC, Drives, Servo, HMI, CNC, etc.)
  • Test and perform preventative maintenance
  • Understand basic electrical circuits and safely requirements
  • Understand basic function of PLC, drives and controls
