Salary - $36k - $50k+ benefits 

Job description : 

• Responsibilities include the setup and teardown of event booths and displays, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. During events, you will actively engage with prospects, providing them with insightful information about our products and services, and enhancing their overall experience.
• Handle incoming calls, e-mails, and customer issues that have been received from the Customer
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, providing professional customer support.
   
• Daily support to marketing team i.e. meeting arrangement and materials support, training notification, team activities coordination.
• Ensure that we can track outbound and inbound campaign lead generation into Sales Funnel Tracker
• Assist in applying for Voucher application and Account registration
