About our team

We’re excited to welcome senior, principal, and architect-level consultants, both technical and functional, into our growing CEE NetSuite team. You’ll be joining a group of 21 talented professionals, all supported by our dedicated CEE NetSuite Manager. With 70 experts across 7 countries, we collaborate to help businesses grow beyond borders. Journey that awaits you

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our clients – leading implementations, guiding them towards best practices, and ensuring long-term success. You’ll also play a key role in coaching and supporting more junior colleagues.

At Staria you will be involved in multi-subsidiary implementations, often leading a process area, ensuring smooth rollouts across multiple business entities. The complexity of the position and project will differ depending on your seniority. All our roles are customer-facing and working closely with clients, you will analyze business processes, identify requirements, and implement tailored NetSuite solutions that drive efficiency and scalability. Your focus will be on successful project execution and client satisfaction.

In practice, you will:

• Conduct business process mapping sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements and determine how NetSuite can provide value.

• Work directly with clients and/or project teams to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and drive requirements sign-off.

• Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the impacts of application configuration decisions.

• Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions, ensuring alignment with best practices.

• Support existing Customers with new enhancements and troubleshooting issues or questions that arise

Who we’re looking for

To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience in NetSuite consulting, ideally gained through mid- to large-scale, multi-subsidiary implementations. You are confident in analyzing business processes, identifying scalable solutions, and managing stakeholder expectations, while taking a consultative approach to building and maintaining strong client relationships. Certifications such as SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Administrator, or ERP Consultant are considered an advantage.

We are looking for consultants with a broad and versatile skillset. Expertise in some of the following areas will be particularly valuable:

• Inventory management, including pricing and SKU structures

• WMS setup, process design, and configuration

• Cost-based management for item profitability

• Landed cost management

• Complex billing engines such as SuiteBilling and ZoneBilling

• Leading complex integrations, including defining and delegating

• Guiding customers toward best-practice solutions
