Responsibilities

• Communicate with management to gather new hire first day training information
• Send onboarding information to new hire along with their first day training information
• Onboard new hire administratively in HRIS system, spreadsheets, HR calendar, etc.
• Set up new hire company equipment such as phones and laptops
• Lead Help Desk for first level tech support with company equipment
• Asset manage company equipment
• Prepare onboarding packages for new employees
• Support and guide new hires in the field through their training experience in the first few weeks
• Learn all company policies to answer questions about company operations to accurately guide new hires
• Create new hire passwords
• Work with IT to create company issued email accounts
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years’ experience and/or training in HR preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
