📍 Coverage Area: West Chicago, IL
💵 Pay Rate: $18/hour | Full-Time | Minimum 40 hours per week
🗓 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 PM – 3:30 PM

Role Overview
We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Cleaner to join our commercial cleaning team. Initially, you will be assigned to a school facility for a few months (through December or January). After this assignment is completed, you will float to other accounts as needed.

This role includes daily cleaning duties as well as supporting school events by setting up, tearing down, and cleaning up both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check.
  
  
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
  
  
• Strong work ethic and ability to remain productive without constant supervision.
  
  
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and punctual.
  
  

Main Duties

• Perform continuous cleaning and maintenance throughout the day.
  
  
• Operate an auto-scrubber for floor care.
  
  
• Assist with chair and table setups for school events or classroom changes.
  
  
• Work independently with minimal supervision while staying proactive.
  
  
• General cleaning duties, including:
  
  
  • Sweeping, mopping, and dusting
    
    
  • Emptying trash and recycling
    
    
  • Cleaning and restocking restrooms
    
    
• Monitor and respond to cleaning needs as they arise
  
  

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
