Customer Care Manager

Prysmian is the world leader in the energy and telecom cable systems industry. We are looking for a Manager Customer Service in our Telecom factory in Slatina.

Main responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deliveries of our telecom cables.
• Lead a team of professional to improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports according to Prysmian and customer's requirements.

  
  Qualifications and work experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • International exposure, either working for a manufacturing MNC in Romania or working abroad
  • Solid knowledge on customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar position, including leading teams
  • Experience in working with an ERP, SAP preferred

  Other Skills

  • English and Romanian language proficiency; German language is a plus
  • Able to engage with staff at all levels of the organization, external and internal customers
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
